Customer Policies & Guidelines
Returns
Our return policy lasts 14 days from the date of receiving your package. If 14 days have passed since your package has been delivered, unfortunately we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.
To start a return, please visit our “Returns or Exchanges” portal.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 2–10 business days (depending on your bank’s processing time).
Please note that only regular-priced items are eligible for a refund — sale items cannot be refunded.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet, we recommend taking the following steps:

Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before the refund is officially posted

Contact your bank, as there is often some processing time before a refund appears

Exchanges
To start an exchange, please visit our “Returns or Exchanges” portal.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.
Shipping
If you are located in the US, a return label will be provided through our “Returns or Exchanges” portal. At this time, returns and exchanges are only available for orders shipped within the contiguous United States.
If you opted out of package protection (Redo) at checkout, you are responsible for covering the cost of your return or exchange shipping label. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
For items valued over $75, we strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service. We cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.
Order Processing & Shipping Times
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Once shipped, delivery times vary by location and shipping method selected at checkout. You’ll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.
Note: Shipping times are subject to change for sale or pre-order items.
Package Protection (Redo) “Returns & Package Protection”
Redo shipping protection is applied at the time of checkout and cannot be refunded once your order has been shipped or delivered. If package protection was opted out of at checkout, it cannot be added retroactively under any circumstances, regardless of the outcome of the order.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged in Transit Packages
For orders placed through our website where package protection (Redo) was not purchased at checkout, Binho Board is not liable for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged in transit. We recommend filing a claim with your shipping carrier or checking with neighbors in the case of a misdelivery. We strongly encourage all customers to add package protection at checkout to ensure full coverage.
For orders placed through our website where package protection was purchased at checkout, please submit a claim through our “Returns & Exchanges” portal within 14 days of delivery (or expected delivery date, for lost packages).
Manufacturing Defects & Damaged Items
If your board arrives with a manufacturing defect or damage from shipping, please submit a claim through our Redo portal within 14 days of delivery. Include photos and a description of the issue, and we’ll make it right.
Note: Normal wear and tear from regular use is not covered under this policy.
Missing or Replacement Parts
If any items are missing from your order or you need a replacement accessory (such as elastic bands, balls, or player pieces), please contact us at hello@binhoboard.com within 14 days of delivery. Include your order number and a list of the items needed — we’ll send a replacement at no cost to you.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Binho Board is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer at checkout. We are unable to modify shipping addresses once an order has been placed. We recommend contacting the carrier or reaching out to the delivery address directly. Binho Board is not liable for any losses as a result of an incorrect address.
Address Change Policy
Address changes cannot be made once an order has been shipped. If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us at hello@binhoboard.com as soon as possible — we can only modify addresses before your order leaves our warehouse.
Order Cancellations & Modifications
Orders can be cancelled or modified before they ship. Once an order has been fulfilled or shipped, we’re unable to make changes. If you need to cancel or modify an order, please contact us at hello@binhoboard.com as soon as possible.
Gift Orders
If your order was received as a gift, please contact hello@binhoboard.com for assistance with returns, exchanges, or replacements. You’ll need the original order number and the purchaser’s email.
Third-Party Purchases
For orders placed through a third-party retailer (such as Amazon), all returns, exchanges, and claims for lost, stolen, or damaged packages must be processed directly through that retailer. Binho Board is not liable for these requests, as we do not have a direct connection to third-party fulfillment or returns systems and are unable to process them on our end.
International Orders
All international orders are subject to duties, VAT, and/or taxes determined by your local customs authority. These fees are outside of our control and are the responsibility of the customer. Binho Board is not liable for any additional charges incurred upon delivery.
Discount Codes
Discount codes must be applied at checkout before the order is completed. We are unable to apply discount codes retroactively to completed orders under any circumstances.
For first-time customers, a 10% discount is available by clicking the “Subscribe here to get 10% off your first order!” link at the top of our website.
Returning customers can earn and redeem points through our Smile.io rewards program. Visit binhoboard.com and click the “Rewards” icon in the bottom right corner of your screen to login and check your balance.
Custom & Bulk Orders
Individual custom boards are not currently available. Custom boards are available for bulk orders of 6 or more boards.

Tournament Ticket Refund Policy
All tournament ticket sales are final once the event is within 72 hours of the start time. By purchasing a ticket, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

Refunds are available if requested at least 72 hours before the scheduled event start time. Refund requests received within 72 hours of the event are not eligible and the ticket will be forfeited.

Tickets are non-transferable to other events or individuals.

If you are unable to attend and your refund request falls within the 72-hour window, your ticket will be forfeited and no refund will be issued.

To request a refund, please contact us at hello@binhoboard.com with your order number at least 72 hours before the event.

In the event that Binho Board cancels or reschedules a tournament, ticket holders will be notified and offered a refund or transfer to the rescheduled event.
