Ordering

What should I expect once I place my order?

When you place your order you will receive an email confirming your purchase. Once the product has shipped, you will receive another email with the shipping information. Contact hello@binhoboard.com for shipping upgrade options or issues with shipping.

What comes with your Binho board purchase?

Every board purchase comes with a carrying case, a base board with turf, 20 player pieces, 12 rivets, 6 wall bands, 2 binho balls, 2 goals, a poker chip, rule pamphlet and 2 red/yellow cards.

I placed an order and then the product went on sale? Can I be refunded the difference?

If you ordered within 24 hours of the product going on sale, you may be refunded the difference of price. There are no refunds after a sale has concluded.

Shipping, Returns & Exchanges

I accidentally entered the wrong address at checkout, can I change it before it ships?

There is a chance that we can get to it before it ships but it is not guaranteed. If we are not able to to, we will charge a $25 address change fee that is past on from the carrier. So please make sure to double check the shipping address before placing your order!

Do you ship internationally?

Yes we do. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout. However, for the time being duties and taxes are to be paid in your country when you receive the board.

You can also check out our European website www.binhoboard.eu and our United Kingdom website www.binhoboard.co.uk to sign up for notifications when we will restock those websites which will have much cheaper shipping for those respective markets.

My product was damaged or lost in the mail - what do I do?

When purchasing your product it is highly recommended that you purchase the Insurance with each order. If there was damage or your product was lost/stolen in transit, please email hello@binhoboard.com. If your product is lost/stolen/damaged in transit and no insurance was purchased, you may be required to purchase another board.

If I am a Phoenix resident, can I come by and pick it up in person?

Yes you can! Our warehouse address is 

2400 W. Southern Ave Unit #107 Tempe, AZ 85282

We are there Monday-Friday from 9-4 PM. It is best to contact us beforehand so we can make sure to have the product you are looking to buy in stock.

What are the dimensions of the board?

Roughly 22" X 13" X 2.5”

Why don't the Custom board colors/print match my mockup design?

Some colors may vary due to ink being printed on black/green turf. Also, just like real sports on turf, the paint can naturally wear off over time, especially due to the repetitive flicking action against the surface.
