1) Do you ship internationally?
Yes we do. All international rates and duties are calculated at checkout! If your country is not calculating, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org for a prompt response. Canadians may be subject to additional fees.
2) What should I expect once I place my order?
When you place your order you will receive an email confirming your purchase. Once the product has shipped, you will receive another email with the shipping information. Contact email@example.com for shipping upgrade options or issues with shipping.
3) What are the dimensions of the board?
Roughly 22" X 13" X 2.5”

5) My product was damaged or lost in the mail - what do I do?
When purchasing your product it is highly recommended that you purchase the Insurance with each order. If there was damage or your product was lost/stolen in transit, please email firstname.lastname@example.org. If your product is lost/stolen/damaged in transit and no insurance was purchased, you may be required to purchase another board.
6) If I am a Phoenix resident, can I come by and pick it up in person?

We are there Monday-Friday from 9-4 PM. It is best to contact us beforehand so we can make sure to have the product you are looking to buy in stock.
