Q: I don't see my board at checkout, I see a plain board
A: When you order a Binho Custom Board, you'll see your design in your cart. At checkout, a placeholder picture will show, but don’t worry! We'll send you your design in an email right after you order!
Q: Can you edit my design after I submit it?
A: Please make sure you are satisfied with your design before proceeding with payment as once the design is created, we cannot make edits
Q: Why do the colors on my 3D mock-up look different from the actual board?
A:The 3D preview you see when designing your Binho Custom Board may show colors that appear lighter than the final printed product. This is due to a natural glare effect in the rendering software, which can make colors seem more vibrant or washed out than they are in real life. Rest assured, your board will be printed with your selected colors—though slight variations are expected as part of the production process.
Q: Why does my custom turf color look darker than expected?
A: If you selected a custom turf color, please note that we print directly onto a black turf. This darker base can affect how your chosen color appears, often making it look richer or deeper than in the 3D mock-up. We recommend keeping this in mind when finalizing your design, as slight tonal shifts are a natural result of the materials and printing process.
