Phoenix, AZ - While experience may have been working against him, Ryan Sheckler used laser focus to battle to a 5-4 victory over Klay Thompson in the championship game of the Binho Board: 1st Annual Carnival Cup. After beating several more experienced Binho veterans en route to the big game, Sheckler found himself on the brink of history as he stood across the table from Thompson. After getting down 4-3 late, Sheckler positioned himself phenomenally down the stretch allowing Thompson no easy shots. After a poor Thompson miss, the ball was left on a platter to the open right side for Sheckler to calmly put home, sending the fans into a frenzy. After security was able to corral the ongoing hysteria, Captain Shecks was able to claim his first Major Cup.
